After obtaining a diploma in Police Foundations, a degree in Sociology, and working as a Home Energy Advisor under Canada’s EcoEnergy Rebate program, Scott began taking Real Estate Appraisal Courses in September of 2012. Scott has been appraising properties in southern Ontario for the past 11 years.
Scott is a specialist in urban and suburban residential properties, as well as rural properties, and multi-family homes. Currently residing in Stoney Creek, Scott services everywhere in the Hamilton, Niagara, and Haldimand Region, with an occasional trip elsewhere when the client requires Scott’s expertise.
On a more personal note, Scott and his lovely wife Kylie have lived in both Stoney Creek Ontario and Bear River Nova Scotia for the past year and they have two boys. In his spare time, Scott practices various martial arts included Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. On weekends you will see Scott spending time with his family or working with the provincial athletic commission at professional boxing and mixed martial arts shows.
